Tsinandali is a vintage white wine of high quality. It is produce from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties that are cultivated in strictly controlled zone of Tsinandali district. This harmonic wine has a gorgeous bouquet of floral and fruit tones. It has an elegant dainty floral and fruit flavor, pleasing after-finish with a light spicy bitter. Excellent with seafood, tender cheese and light salads but also is a good choice with roast tender meat and chicken. It is perfect to catfish cooked on open fire. Best served at 14.0° temperature.
