Cerasuolo di Vittoria
Intense ruby red with black cherry hues. Typical of wines produced in the Vittoria area and its terroir. Fruity, reminiscent of red berries, strawberries, cherries, prickly pears, dog rose and fruit drops. Very distinctive and recognizable Juicy, displaying a fresh texture and pleasing contact. A velvety red Grape varieties 60% Nero d’Avola, 40% Frappato Food pairing: A versatile restaurant wine, excellent with first and second courses. Aubergine pie, pasta with fresh tuna and tomato sauce, sliced beef with thyme, medium-aged cheeses. Devilled chicken, ‘spicy’ food. Ideal service temperature 14 – 17°C

Syrah
Ruby red with violet undertones. Complex bouquet; with hints of pepper, cloves, overtones of cassis, red fruit jam. The nose is compact yet at the same time enjoyable, with Mediterranean flavors. Young tannins and fresh fruit predominate; luscious and supple in texture, with a striking impact of great fullness. The acidity contributes to a pleasant aromatic length Grape varieties: Syrah Food pairing: Mature cheese, beef fillet with sesame seeds, lamb with ginger sauce, cheeseburger with mushrooms, beef rib with herbs. Ideal at the wine bar with charcuterie and cheeses. Ideal service temperature 16 – 18°C
