CHARACTERISTICS: Deep intense yellow colour with light green tones, the bouquet brings to mind the parents (Riesling Italico and Furmint). Floral and fruity with hints on intense pear, red apple and jasmine notes. The taste is notably full and persistent with a good acid balance.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with aperitifs and starters, this wine well accompanies first courses, fish and light meat dishes.
STORAGE: to be stored horizontally in a well ventilated room, away from direct light and at a temperature not over 10-12°C.
CHARACTERISTICS: Upon sight this wine is a crystal colour, straw yellow with notable green reflexes. The bouquet is full, very fruity with notes of pineapple, oranges and lemons and white flowers.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: moderately alcoholic but elegant, this wine is a good aperitif and well accompanies starters, fish, white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable flans.
