Danzante Merlot, introduced with vintage 1999, is produced with grapes from the west coast of Sicily. The grapes harvested in this area, with clayey and sandy soils, yield a wine with an intense bouquet, and rich fruit flavors.
Danzante Primitivo
Danzante Primitivo is made with grapes hand selected from vineyards in the Province of Taranto, in the southern region of Puglia. The southwest exposure of this growing area with soils poor in nutrients, result in a wine with intense fragrances and lively flavors of spice and fruit. The first vintage of Danzante Primitivo produced was 2002. This variety is also known as Zinfandel.
